Accompanying Guests

Due to limited seating, no additional guests are allowed unless they have a scheduled appointment. All guests who are not receiving services but are awaiting service are expected to wait in the designated waiting area.

Cell Phone/Tablet Policy

As a courtesy to all guests, please ensure that your cell phone or child’s tablet is equipped with headphones. Please refrain from loud phone conversations, as this may disrupt your service provider's ability to work comfortably. Children are not allowed to use any devices while the service provider is doing their hair.

Child Safety Policy

Children are only permitted in the establishment while receiving a service. For optimum results, a child who is unable to sit independently will not be serviced for the safety of the stylist. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Payment/Deposit Policy

We accept all major credit cards and cash for payment. A $40 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and will be applied to your final bill. The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once to a rescheduled appointment. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. For the remaining balance, cash is preferred, but card payments are also accepted. The card on file may be used for the final payment if needed.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. A 15-minute grace period is allotted to all clients. If you are going to be late, please inform us. Similarly, if we are running behind, we will notify you.

No Call, No Show

Failure to inform us of a cancellation will result in booking restrictions, and full payment will be required for your next appointment. Two "no call, no show" incidents will result in no future bookings.

Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.

Walk-ins

Walk-ins and squeeze-in appointments are welcome based on our availability; however, they may require a bit of wait time.
